STSMs

Call for Applications

The TIMELY TD0904 COST Action invites applications for Short Term Scientific Missions (STSMs). Applications must be relevant to the TIMELY TD0904 COST Action (www.timely-cost.eu) and must adhere to the COST rules for STSMs (http://www.cost.esf.org/participate/guidelines). The application procedure is set out in the COST STSMs Guidelines (https://www.cost.esf.org/index.php?id=91).

 

Background Information

STSMs strengthen existing networks by allowing researchers to visit an institution in another COST country to foster collaboration, share knowledge, learn a new technique, or to undertake research.

 

Indicative Application Criteria

The following criteria will be used to assess applications:

  • Relevance to TIMELY’s objectives
  • Clarity and quality of proposed visit and work plan
  • Applicant’s CV
  • Anticipated outputs and outcomes
  • Detailed budget plan

 

STSMs will be targeted at Early Stage Researchers.
